Legacy Plumbing will be onsite performing underground sewer repair work on Tuesday March 3, Wednesday March 4, and Thursday March 5, 2026.
IMPORTANT: This work will require the cooperation of residents! For details see below.
The work will involve significant digging and replacement of several sections of sewer pipe that have been impacted by root intrusion or other significant issues. The work will be performed at the three locations highlighted on the map below.
The numbers reflect only a repair ID and not necessarily the sequence in which the work will be performed.
At each repair location, starting at the time that the pipe is cut for repair and until the pipe is reconnected, upstream residents MUST NOT FLUSH TOILETS, USE WASHING MACHINE OR DISHWASHER, OR ALLOW WATER TO GO DOWN ANY DRAIN. Also, please do not run a washing machine or dishwasher cycle during business hours on these days until you have been informed that the repairs impacting your unit are complete.

On the day of repair impacting your unit, Legacy Plumbing personnel will knock on your door to notify you when to stop the above listed water / sewer related activities, and then again when it is OK to restart usage.

Voting will be by written ballot (electronic or paper) AFTER the meeting.

Both Special Agenda Item #1 and Special Agenda Item #2 were APPROVED by a vote of the Owners. The approved assessment increase is effective August 1, 2025. The Bylaws amendment has been recorded with the Wake County Register of Deeds.
