Southern Outdoor Restoration will be power washing the exterior of the buildings, including decks and patio areas Wednesday July 1 – Thursday July 2, 2026. Weather Permitting.
PREPARATION: Please help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL potted plants, grills, cloth furniture, electronics, and breakable décor on your decks, stairways, and patios prior to your service date. We ask that you keep your windows and doors securely closed. If you have a locking gate, please ensure it is unlocked on your service date or we may not be able to fully access your unit. Please park your vehicle about 8-10ft away from your home to avoid any overspray or splatter.
